Friday massacre was one of the worst mass shooting in South Florida history. Among the wounded was a five-year-old girl who comes of age found with a bullet in the leg.
The shooting also rounded up an unusually bloody month of gang violence on the north side of the Miami Dade.
Police sources estimate that over a stretch of the county not more than seven or eight miles long and three or four miles wide, not less than 30 people were shot and killed eight of March.
"It's the North Side, it is Liberty City, Miami Gardens, it is, it's Opa Locka, it's model cities", Finnie noted. "I have my, this is a community, their different boundaries, but a community, a family, and we should have a goal to resolve this problem."

"I have children, so I imagine it can not even now," said the 27-year-old. "But why would anyone shoot a funeral home? I do not understand, dass"
